Shmuel Lechner

Shmuel Lechner is head of Naschitz Brandes Amir’s Real Estate Practice and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Recognized as one of the top national deal-makers in the field of real estate, Mr. Lechner is consistently cited by such leading international and domestic ranking guides.

With decades of broad experience in real estate law, Mr. Lechner provides clients with invaluable advice in complex transactions and large-scale real estate projects. He regularly represents entrepreneurs, developers, and private owners with respect to all stages of the planning and execution of residential and commercial projects, including planning and zoning, financing, taxation, and other related matters. His extensive client roster includes some of the leading public construction and development companies in the Israeli market.
