Idan Lidor is a partner in the Corporate Group of Naschitz Brandes Amir. Idan's practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, private equity transactions, venture capital investments, corporate law, commercial transactions, and securities law. He has extensive experience in cross-border M&A transactions, private equity investments, and commercial agreements. Idan's clients include a wide variety of public and private companies and investment funds.

Idan received his LL.B. from Tel-Aviv University in 2000 and has been with Naschitz Brandes Amir since his internship. From 2005 to 2006, Idan worked as a foreign associate in the M&A group of Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York.
