Ram Pardes is a partner in the Tel Aviv office of Naschitz Brandes Amir, where he specializes in complex, high-stakes legal proceedings. Ram has extensive experience in civil litigation, local and international arbitration, class actions, administrative law, insurance law, and political parties law.
Ram is used to acting in high-end, intricate domestic and cross-border litigation, including some of the largest disputes the firm is handling now.
Ram frequently provides pro-bono legal counsel to non-profit organizations. He is also the Chairman of the internal tribunal of the Israeli Labour Party and a member of the Ethics Committee of the Israeli Law Bar—Tel Aviv District.
During his legal studies, Ram served as an editor of the IDC Law Review, teaching assistant to Prof. Amnon Rubinstein, and participated in “Halev”, a non-profit organization aimed at providing basic legal assistance for low-income individuals and other disenfranchised groups as the coordinator of its activities at the Tel-Aviv Labor Court.
