She has deep experience representing corporations in a broad range of international and domestic transactions, with a particular emphasis on information technology and technology transactions.

Dalit is a seasoned expert in cyber, privacy, and data protection, with a wealth of experience in regulatory compliance, drafting and negotiating agreements, handling data breach cases, and providing guidance to insurance companies. She works closely with the firm's Hi-Tech, M&A, and Capital Markets practices, and provides support to the Litigation practice with privacy and spam-related litigation.

Dalit is a frequent speaker and writer on privacy and cyber-related topics and offers training on Israeli and European data privacy legislation compliance issues.
