Golan Kaneti, Head of the Antitrust & Competition Practice at Naschitz Brandes Amir, brings exceptional expertise in competition, antitrust, and administrative law, along with extensive experience in both civil and criminal antitrust litigation, including serving as a prosecutor in antitrust cases.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kaneti clerked for Justice A. Procaccia of the Supreme Court of Israel and served in the legal department of the Israeli Antitrust Authority (IAA) from 2001 to 2010. During his tenure, he was appointed section chief overseeing several sectors, including transportation, healthcare, low-tech industries, tourism, and real estate. He also served as Head of Enforcement and Compliance within the IAA’s legal department and acted as the lead contact for corporate implementation of the internal compliance program under the Restrictive Trade Practices Law.
