Personal

As a Zhong Lun partner long focusing on insolvency and reorganization, Mr. Xu has led many major and complex bankruptcy and reorganization cases with national influence, directed or participated in the administrative liquidation and bankruptcy liquidation of several securities companies, and managed reorganization of several listed companies, real estate companies and group enterprises as administrator. He has rich experience in the fields of enterprise bankruptcy liquidation, reorganization and debt restructuring, and has been invited to participate several times as a lawyer representative in the forum on drafting judicial interpretation of bankruptcy law organized by the Supreme People's Court.
