Jason's main practices are antitrust and competition, trade compliance and trade remedies, as well as litigation and arbitration.
Jason is specialized in antitrust, trade secrets, trade investigations, export control and sanctions, data compliance, and CFIUS issue.
Before joining Zhong Lun, Jason was the Legal Director of Compliance and International Affairs of BOE Technology Group, one of the largest SOEs in the electronic industry in China. He was in charge of BOE's corporate compliance pilot program, identifying and managing critical compliance risks.
Jason also served as a deputy director in the Antimonopoly Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce from 2009 to 2017, and worked as a judge in the Second Intermediate People's Court of Beijing from 2005 to 2009. He is currently a member of the expert panel of the National Enterprise Compliance Committee under the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade.
