Sheena Doggett is a partner in the firm’s Corporate and M&A practice. She is head of the firm's Corporate and M&A Team in London and splits her time between Dublin and London.

Sheena has worked with A&L Goodbody for more than 25 years. Her key areas of expertise include corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, incentives, corporate restructuring, corporate governance and general commercial matters.

Sheena’s practice involves working on behalf of a wide range of domestic and international corporations, both public and private and for private equity funds and financial institutions, with significant operations in Ireland. Sheena is featured in the global 'IFLR1000 Women Leaders 2021' list.
