Ronan Lyons

Ronan Lyons is a partner in A&L Goodbody's Corporate and M&A group, advising on M&A, private equity and capital markets transactions. As well as advising Irish companies, Ronan specialises in advising international companies and private equity firms on their cross-border transactions into Ireland, including public M&A. Ronan advises across a broad range of sectors, including life sciences, tech, financial services and industrials. Ronan also frequency advises on equity capital markets transactions, including in respect of NYSE and NASDAQ IPOs and fundraisings, representing issuers and underwriters. He also advises on corporate migrations / redomiciliations to Ireland.

Ronan also frequently advises US and other international companies who are establishing operations in Ireland for the first time, with a particular emphasis on the life sciences and tech sectors.
