We have a reputation for providing innovative solutions and pioneering deal structures, such as developing the first (and largest to date) Irish ‘cash box’ structure, the first insurance cross border merger and the first merger structure which inverts US corporates into Ireland avoiding US anti-inversion rules - we have acted on nearly all such merger inversions to date.
