She is a leading lawyer in construction disputes, with a broad background in contracts, construction, regulation and projects. Clare advises employers, contractors, designers, public authorities and private entities on large scale infrastructure projects.
She practices regularly in ADR, mediation, conciliation, arbitration and adjudication. Clare has managed complex construction disputes and understands the detailed reporting structures and risk assessments required for large scale infrastructure projects. Her disputes experience includes numerous procurement challenges.
Over the past 20 years, she has advised on some of the most notable construction and infrastructure projects in the state. Clare has experience of all standard construction contracts used in Ireland. She has handled disputes under FiDIC, the JCT, the RIAI and the NEC4 contract, working daily with the Irish public works contract (PWC).
