As one of the pioneers in the field of customs and trade control legal services, Lawyer Xu has worked for over 20 years to provide legal services for varieties of enterprise clients in aspects of commodity classification, customs valuation, origin planning, cross-border e-commerce, inspection and quarantine, etc. She also has profound practical experience in dealing with customs inspection, smuggling investigation, administrative reconsideration, administrative litigation and criminal defending.

In terms of sanctions and export control compliance, Lawyer Xu makes full use of her multidisciplinary and multi-jurisdiction service ability to assist enterprises in formulating import and export compliance policies and building a compliance system.

Lawyer Xu has represented a large number of complex deal negotiation, design, and dispute settlement in many aspects including international disputes, goods transactions, technology transfer, private equity, joint venture and cooperation, and various distribution arrangements.
