Sergej Omladič

Sergej advises primarily on M&A, finance and real estate transactions. Recent highlights include: advising one of major players in the automotive industry with respect to potentially the biggest green field investment in Slovenian history by a private investor, advising a fund on sale of one of Slovenia's major shopping mall chains, advising a bank on purchase of one of major Slovenian financial leasing companies and advising on a range of other major M&A and real estate transactions. Sergej is particularly recognized by the clients for his knowledge of the law and strong drive to bring deals to completion.
