David specializes in international arbitration and dispute resolution, M&A and data privacy. David has conducted international arbitrations under the rules of ICSID, UNCITRAL, ICC and Ljubljana Arbitration Centre, with seats including Washington, The Hague, Geneva, Paris, Vienna, Belgrade and Ljubljana. With our firm, he broke ground by being the first Slovenian law firm to represent a Slovenian investor against a foreign state in an investment dispute. In addition, David has extensive experience in M&A and data privacy, acting for global and local data processors.
