Blaž joined Rojs, Peljhan, Prelesnik & Partners in 2014 after his work as a senior associate in local Slovenian law firm, specialised in insolvency proceedings. During his work Blaž completed his post-graduate studies and obtained a PhD in 2014 at the University of Ljubljana with a thesis from the field of construction law. His fields of expertise include Real Estate and Litigation, in which he regularly assists foreign and domestic clients. He regularly holds lectures at various professional seminars from his fields of expertise. Blaž’s work in the field of Insolvency includes legal assistance to creditors (in particular banks and other financial institutions), debtors and bankruptcy trustees in insolvency proceedings. Throughout his illustrious career practising insolvency and litigation law, Blaž has developed a keen sense for safeguarding the rights of his clients during any and all negotiations. His wealth of experience on construction projects has made him an invaluable member for any complex development project
