Scott McCall is a partner in Cooley’s compensation and benefits practice group. He represents private and public clients in connection with executive compensation and employee benefits matters. Scott’s practice focuses on all matters relating to compensation – including the design and implementation of equity compensation and bonus plans, executive employment and severance agreements, and the corresponding tax, employment law, financial accounting and securities law issues that arise with compensation arrangements.
