Extensive experience in public inquiries involving matters such as maintenance, drivers' hours, bus reliability and environmental objections; serious transport related crime i.e. causing death by dangerous driving, health and safety prosecutions, employment disputes, inquests, police interviews evolving out of road traffic investigations or serious road traffic accidents. Provides advice on compliance with the regulatory framework of operator licensing including advising on business structure, set-up and mergers and acquisitions.
