This includes (but is not limited to) general property advisory and transactional work, rural asset management support, agricultural tenancy advice, renewables work and strategic succession planning with families and their professional advisers for passing land and assets to the next generation.
Her aim is to be a trusted long-term legal adviser, supporting you, your families, and your other professional advisers with your legal needs. She works closely with clients’ accountants, land agents and bankers to ensure a streamlined, cost effective and strategic advisory approach.
Sarah is a real estate lawyer by background with twenty years’ experience in the rural sector. She leads a Rural property team of lawyers dedicated to providing you and your clients with a team focussed, personal and efficient service. She also leads Moore Barlow's Rural services sector team compiling twenty plus lawyers for the firm out of which they are able to provide a full legal service to a rural sector client base.
Her team is widely involved in the local and national rural industry bodies and communities with connections to many other professional teams and advisers.
Outside of work she is a mother, wife, sheepdog owner, horse mad country life enthusiast!
