Anne Cassidy

Anne worked as a Junior Hospital Doctor before she decided to study law and spent the first twelve years of her legal career advising the NHS on the fair management of clinical claims.

She has been representing patients and their families since 2005. The team's aim, obviously, is to secure an unarguably good result for all clients with a minimum of stress and confrontation. The sad fact that avoidable injury has occurred cannot be changed, but Anne and the team can make sure that the legal system does its job of providing security and opportunity for the future. The team can also play a part in improving patient safety through work with medical charities and engagement with care providers.
