David is a Partner in the Employment law team for businesses and individuals.
He enjoys advising and representing a wide range of businesses, charities, schools and private individuals on the full range of employment law and related legal issues. He thrives in helping businesses resolve general issues in relation to Employment Law as well as boardroom and shareholder disputes and employee competition litigation. He has considerable experience in NHS Primary care employment and partnership disputes and also in Secondary care he advises consultants on their terms and conditions.
Outside of the work he is a Trustee of Horsell Common Preservation Society and a member at Woking & Horsell Cricket Club and Woking Hockey club where his sons are active participants.
