He has also collaborated on the development of draft laws and regulations.
He holds a Degree in Law from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, a Master’s Degree in Environmental Policy and Management from Universidad Carlos III and a Master’s Degree in International Business Law from the Instituto de Empresa.
