Our legal advice in aspects related to the Environment and climate change is broad and covers both general issues - from licensing and environmental assessment procedures, authorizations, disciplinary and environmental responsibility, complaints to the Public Authority and preparation of draft legislation - up to the maximum specialization in specific areas of action like water and waste, emissions trading and climate change policies, and activities related to the industrial environment.

We count among our clients with representatives of the main sectors of the Iberian industrial sector (cement, steel, chemical in all its applications, paper, environmental infrastructure, etc.) and work with their associations and business federations (among other, FEIQUE CICLOPLAST, ASPAPEL, AEPLA., VETERINDUSTRIA ADELMA or ANAIP) and representative institutions such as the CEOE.

We know in detail how the Authorities work - with which we often work together and advise on environmental issues - since some of our lawyers have held in the same senior positions.
