At SÉRVULO since 2008, Ana Luisa Guimarães is a partner in the Public Law department and co-heads the firm’s Projects department, focusing her practice mainly on public procurement, concessions and projects, and in regulated sectors such as water, waste, transport and energy. She has a notable experience within the water and road transport sectors, assisting clients in the conclusion and execution of public contracts. Ana Luísa concluded the Executive MBA at AESE Business School/IESE in 2018. She holds a Master’s in Public Law from the Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University. She is a lecturer on graduate courses at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon on themes connected to public procurement, water and waste law. She is currently a member of the Portuguese Association of European Law (APDE). She has been a speaker at numerous conferences and seminars in the areas of public procurement and water and waste law and has written several publications covering her areas of specialisation. Previously, she was an associate at «Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira» (2001 to 2008). She joined the Bar Association in 2001.
