Santi is highly experienced in the field of contractual and company law, and has been involved in many company mergers, acquisitions, dissolutions, liquidations and sales, representing both Spanish and multinational companies.

He is coordinator of the International Area and Director of the Latam Desk of RocaJunyent, and boasts extensive experience in providing consultation services to Latin American clients on their investments in Spain.

He is the coordinator of the specialist insurance law team at RocaJunyent, and has wide experience advising insurance and re-insurance companies on regulatory and contractual matters, in addition to all other kinds of company restructuring operations. Furthermore, the work he has carried out as a consultant in Spain for many of the most important alliances in the banking and insurance sector over the past few years is particularly noteworthy.
