Juan Antonio has extensive experience in insolvency law, corporate restructurings, company insolvencies and the renegotiation and termination of contracts. He represents defendants and claimants alike in actions to seek liability of members of the governing bodies of legal entities and in other commercial litigation.

A renowned bankruptcy receiver, he has participated in relevant operations of acquisition of productive units and corporate restructuring.

He also has extensive experience in the implementation of pre-insolvency measures, drafting and negotiating refinancing agreements, and, in general, in providing legal advice to companies in crisis and on liability of company directors.
