Javier provides general legal advice and assistance on contracts, asset registration, dispute resolution and court proceedings, and he is in charge of IP Prosecution and Portfolio Management at RocaJunyent.
Besides, he also advises in matters related to sports (clubs, federations, athletes, associations and other institutions related to sports), e-sports (organization of championships and tournaments, teams, audiovisual rights, image rights, etc.), and the videogames industry. Moreover, he is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Fundació Barça Veterans.
