Manuel is a State Attorney on leave of absence. He has a wealth of experience in the promotion, formulation, amendment and appeal against public policies, thanks to the various public and professional assignments he has carried out.

He is a specialist in the public domain and heritage of public administrations; concessions and administrative contracts; public initiative in economic activity, public services and services of general interest; administrative procedures, in particular sanctions and patrimonial responsibility.

He has advised private groups and the public sector in the execution, financing and use of infrastructures and services.

Manuel speaks English, Spanish and Catalan.
