Sandra Wintner

Sandra Wintner focuses her practice on finance, and strategic transactions consisting of mergers and acquisitions and licensing transactions.

Sandra has represented banks and other financial institutions in a wide variety of financing transactions, including secured and unsecured revolving credit facilities, term loans, asset-based loans, and syndicated credit facilities. Sandra also has significant experience in representing corporate clients in sophisticated commercial financing transactions.

Sandra’s strategic transaction practice focuses on acquisition and disposition of private companies for strategic buyers and sellers and representation of software, pharmaceutical, communications and energy companies in a variety of commercial contexts, including key licensing, procurement, distribution and supply arrangements. She also regularly counsels a clients in a variety of industries on software, SAAS and technology services agreements.
