Russell Leaf

Russell L. Leaf is a partner in the Corporate & Financial Services Department and Co-Chair of both the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group and the Corporate Governance Practice Group, and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Russell focuses on advising clients, including private equity sponsors and public and privately held companies, on mergers and acquisitions, activist matters and other significant transactional matters. Russell also regularly counsels corporations and their directors on securities law, corporate governance and finance matters, and has extensive experience in complex transactions in the health care, life sciences, technology and infrastructure sectors.
