Qiao worked in the criminal trial division of a provincial High People's Court and has 16 years of experience as a professional litigator. Qiao has served as the legal counsel of central enterprises such as China Construction First Bureau South China Regional Company, Shenzhen Branch of China People's Life Insurance Co., LTD., Putian New Energy Co., LTD. He has provided legal services for many listed companies throughout the year and handled many major difficult commercial and economic crime cases. Qiao has extensive experience in the commercial disputes and criminal compliance risks that enterprises are prone to in the course of operation. He is good at combining different ideas to seek solutions to both civil and commercial matters and criminal cross-legal affairs faced by enterprises. Qiao has a deep understanding of the criminal risks that may be involved in the process of model innovation, can effectively warn the risks and provide compliance advice, and can put forward mature and feasible solutions to relevant cases.
