In July 1989, LOU Aidong graduated from the Department of Law of Peking University, majoring in public international law. She joined Kangda Law Firm and worked as a full-time lawyer. Having handled litigation and arbitration business in the field of civil and commercial affairs; Served as the legal adviser for the establishment or dissolution projects of more than ten foreign-funded enterprises;

Since 1991, she has been engaged in legal services in the business fields of company law and securities law. So far, she has served as the lawyer of the issuer/lead underwriter of more than 70 enterprises’ domestic and overseas listing projects, providing legal services for the refinancing of more than 30 listed companies and the merger and reorganization of more than 20 listed companies.

Specializing in legal services in the business field of company law and securities law, he once served as a full-time member of the 10th and 11th stock issuance review committees (main board, small and medium-sized board) of the CSRC from April 2008 to May 2010. At present, he is the core principle of the securities business of Kangda Law Firm.
