[Defense against Embezzlement of Duties] In cases involving the head of a private equity fund accused of embezzlement of duties (involving 198 million yuan), the regional head of a top 100 enterprise accused of embezzlement (involving over 1.5 million yuan), and the general manager of an insurance company accused of embezzlement (involving over 100 million yuan), Lawyer Xia Yu secured beneficial results including a change to misappropriation of funds with a three-day detention for 20 million yuan followed by immediate release upon judgment, probation, and case dismissal by the police.

Through initial trial, appeal, and retrial at the Supreme Court, Lawyer Xia Yu managed to avoid over 80 million yuan in potential losses for the enterprise.

In a contractual dispute case involving a new energy shareholding company (defendant), where the opposing party had clear facts and ample evidence supporting their claims, Lawyer Xia Yu successfully identified a breakthrough point for settlement, ultimately reaching an agreement with the opposing party for half the amount of their original claim.
