Career

LIAN Gaobo once worked as a teacher in Shenzhen Branch of China Construction Bank and Northwest University of political science and law. He joined Kangda (Xi'an) law firm in 2005 and successively served as executive director of branch, director of Management Committee and member of Management Committee of headquarters.

He has worked for Bank of China, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, China Merchants Bank, Bank of Beijing, PICC, Taibao, Pacific Insurance and other insurance companies, as well as Hutchison Whampoa, Kerry Properties, Vanke, Goldman Sachs Asia, Qinchuan Group, ZTE environmental protection, Triangle Defense, Shaanxi aviation industry fund, National Nuclear Power Corporation, Fourth Military Medical University, State Grid and First Qianhai Fund and other institutions have provided non-litigation legal services, and served as perennial legal counsel for some of them.

The case of price monopoly of motor vehicle testing enterprises in Shaanxi Province, which is represented by the price bureau of Shaanxi Province, was evaluated by legal daily legal network as "the first case of judicial review of price monopoly in China and final judgment". The case of Ye's lawsuit against violent walking cartoon was jointly selected by the Supreme People's court and China Central Radio and television as "the top ten cases of promoting the process of rule of law in 2018" and "the top ten civil and administrative cases of 2018" by the people's court newspaper.

The "Fangjie" case, the duty crime case of Wang, the director of the Department of land and resources of a province, and the duty crime case of Qi, the deputy director of the people's Congress of a city have great social influence.

In 2010, he explained "legal system of land and mineral resources in China" to members of the executive meeting of Shaanxi provincial government. In 2014, he explained to the members of the executive meeting of Shaanxi provincial government "to further improve the legal environment in Shaanxi and provide a solid guarantee for the construction of a new starting point of the Silk Road Economic Belt". In 2014, he explained to the members of the executive meeting of Xi'an government the legal guarantee of Xi'an's construction of an international metropolis.

He has participated in the formulation and revision of more than 50 provincial government regulations and local laws and regulations, such as "Regulations on power facilities and energy protection of Shaanxi Province".
