As a Thought Leader in the legal industry, Rossana constantly contributes specialised articles to Lexology (2018-2023) and China Business Law Journal: Legal Trend series (2020 to present) on different legal aspects. She is a co-contributor of Chambers Global Practice Guides: Equity Finance 2024 – Hong Kong Chapter (2024). Rossana is also the author of Lexology In-Depth: International Capital Markets – Hong Kong Chapter, Editions 13 & 14 (2023, 2024); ALB: Competitiveness of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange as IPO market (2022); and Legal 500 Asia Pacific: Doing Business in a post-COVID-19 World (fivehundred special edition 2021). Personal

Rossana has been a partner in various international law firms since 2008. From 2018 to early 2024, she was the Managing Partner of a Hong Kong law firm which was a member of the global network associated with one of the Big Four accounting firms. Rossana is a co-founder of the Association of Retired Elderly Limited, a non-profit-making organisation with a focus on improving the welfare of the elderly in Hong Kong. She is also an affiliate member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of the United Kingdom.

Rossana is best known for her expertise in M&As including takeovers and privatisations of Hong Kong listed companies, capital markets, corporate financing, asset management, corporate restructuring, private equity/venture investments, trusts and family offices, ESG and sustainability, technology law as well as employment legal issues. She represents multi-national and Chinese corporations, securities firms, investment banks, funds, non-profit making organisations, families and individuals in respect of their domestic and overseas legal matters.
