Rosetta Ferrère has a broad experience in advising corporate clients and financial institutions on capital markets and financing transactions, notably with respect to: debt offerings (plain-vanilla and structured bond issuances, EMTN programmes, Initial Bond Offering (IBO), covered bonds, debt restructuring and liability management transactions), share equity and equity-linked products (preferred shares, convertible and exchangeable bonds, warrants, certificates, secondary offerings) and structured derivatives with an emphasis on equity derivatives transactions.
Rosetta lectures regularly at universities and in seminars on topics related to capital markets.
Rosetta joined CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats in 2011.
