A specialist in corporate tax, Anne-Sophie assists French and international companies with the tax structuring of their reorganisations and M&A projects (including cross-border operations), French tax consolidation rules and tax litigation.
She has developped a specific expertise in real estate taxation (and notably in French property investment funds such as SIIC, OPCI and SCPI).
Graduated from HEC (Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales, France's premier Business School, Paris), she holds a DESS in French tax and corporate law (LLM-equivalent) from University Pantheon Sorbonne.
Career
Anne-Sophie Rostaing joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2002 and became partner in 2016. She formerly worked in the Tax practice of Baker & McKenzie (Paris) and in the Tax department PSA Peugeot Citroën, French car manufacturer (Paris).
