She regularly advises clients on privacy law compliance and data governance in the context of their day-to-day operations, new initiatives and commercial transactions, as well as on data breach preparedness and response. Rosalie has represented clients in multiple multijurisdictional class actions relating to privacy, price-fixing allegations and consumer complaints, as well as in the context of civil litigation. Rosalie also has experience advising clients on a variety of regulatory and intellectual property law matters, including those related to trademarks, patents and copyright.
