Ms. Glory R. Rong is an equity partner of Zhong Lun Law Firm's Guangzhou office. Ms. Rong specializes in domestic and international corporate mergers and acquisitions, capital market, bond issuances, foreign investment and being the annual retainer of domestic and multinational companies. Ms. Rong has unique expertise in acquisition and mergers of commercial real estate and industrial parks and establishment, expansion of the domestic real estate investment trusts (REITs), and overseas expansion of REITs cases. Ms. Rong has also assisted in incorporation, mergers and acquisition and daily legal operations of various life insurance companies.
Ms. Rong graduated from Sun Yat-sen University, Renmin University of China and the University of Missouri in the U.S., and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Laws and a dual Master's degree in Laws respectively. Cases handled by Ms. Rong have twice been honored as "Annual Outstanding Transactions" by the "Commercial Law" magazine. Ms. Rong serves as a supervisor of Guangdong Chain Store Management Association, a part-time legal consultant for the Guangzhou Market Supervision Administration, and has been selected for the "Expert Pool of External Directors of State-owned Enterprises in Guangzhou Development District".
