Rodnei has extensive experience in Brazil and abroad, in infrastructure projects involving power, water and sewage services, transportation (toll roads, ports and airports), and mining, among others. He assisted various clients in the modeling of projects, and participated in several concessions bid procedures, including projects of Public and Private Partnership (PPP). Also assisted clients in matters relating to regulatory agencies (ANEEL, ANP, ANTT, ARTESP, ANTAQ, SEP, ANVISA). He is also very active in the management of concession agreements.
