Robert Moj specialises in the resolution of complex construction and engineering disputes, especially in the infrastructure and energy sectors.

Robert has acted for clients in numerous arbitration and litigation proceedings that concerned, in particular, claims for extensions of time and additional costs, alleged defects and termination of contracts. Robert advises on the management of claims, in particular those arising under EPC contracts.

Robert also represents clients in commercial and corporate disputes.
