Kamil Kozłowski is an advocate and a counsel/ senior manager and a head of both compliance and regulatory disputes teams PwC Legal in Poland.
Kamil has extensive experience in complex commercial disputes, shareholder conflicts, international and domestic arbitration as well as administrative disputes. He has successfully represented and advised clients from highly regulated sectors including energy, banking & finance, pharmaceutical, telecommunications and transportation.
Kamil has been involved in high-stake disputes related to the most complex M&A transactions and infrastructure contracts on the CEE market. He is a recommended arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw as well as at the Lewiatan Court of Arbitration, he represented clients in internation arbitrations (VIAC, ICC, SCC).
Focused now on new regulations, at PwC Legal Kamil is often involved in cross-department projects, delivering a wide range of services combining legal and technical/ analytical expertise in the fields such as cybersecurity, new technologies, AI and forensic.
He leads internal corporate investigations and helps companies prepare for sudden regulatory inspections or dawn raids. Kamil also helps corporate clients handle compliance risks related to new legal obligations pertaining to their operations.
Prior to joining PwC Legal Kamil spent 11 years in Warsaw office of a top-tier US-based international law firm.
