Bob is the National Leader of BLG’s Product Liability Group, Auto Industry Group and Autonomous Vehicles Group. His civil litigation practice focuses on product liability, aviation and professional liability. He has appeared as lead counsel at all levels of the trial and appellate courts of Ontario. His product liability work is primarily defence oriented, representing large and small manufacturers, distributors and retailers, as well as advising clients on crisis and risk management. Bob has a broad and deep understanding of legal issues surrounding Connected and Autonomous Vehicles with a particular emphasis on product liability, litigation, insurance and regulatory issues, regularly advising clients in the auto industry and new entrants in this space.
