Robert Heath KC has a highly respected practice which encompasses commercial, equity, negligence, arbitration, and infrastructure disputes. He has substantial trial experience, and his recent work includes an appearance in a lengthy trial of arbitral proceedings concerning the failure of a subsea electricity cable in Bass Strait, Australia. He has substantial experience in class action litigation. In recent years, in addition to his mediation practice, he has built a practice as an arbitrator, and is a member of arbitral panels in Australia and Asia, including HKIAC and the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACIC). Robert is a Member of the National Sports Tribunal (Australia) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Robert attracts briefs in cases which have national or international elements.
