Helen Symon KC is one of Australia's longest-serving and most respected tax litigators, noted for her particularly extensive experience of cases concerning the taxation aspects of particularly large transactions, or involving businesses with particularly complex structures. She has appeared before courts and tribunals up to and including High Court level, on behalf of both taxpayers and tax authorities, and her practice also incorporates a significant advisory capability, exercised on behalf of both corporate and individual taxpayers.
