Mr. Stevens' practice focuses on representing companies and executives in restrictive covenant and trade secret disputes and in representing companies in commercial disputes and employment discrimination cases in federal and state courts throughout the United States. He is a hands-on litigator and strategist who has confronted the spectrum of legal and procedural issues in restrictive covenant, trade secret, and commercial disputes, as well as, in employment litigation.
