Represents employers across a broad spectrum of industries in labor relations, collective bargaining, and union organizing matters as well as the employment law aspects of mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and contract administration.
He is the Co-Leader of the Jackson Lewis Labor and Preventive Practices Practice Group. Previously Partner at McCarter & English LLP, outside general counsel to the Waterbury Connecticut Financial Planning and Assistance Board. Served as a Commissioner of Connecticut State Ethics Commission from 1997-2004; Vice-Chair and Chair-Elect from 2002-2004.
