Previously Partner at McCarter & English LLP, outside general counsel to the Waterbury Connecticut Financial Planning and Assistance Board. Served as a Commissioner of Connecticut State Ethics Commission from 1997-2004; Vice-Chair and Chair-Elect from 2002-2004.
