Jenna Rassif

Extensive experience representing employers in virtually all areas of employment law, with substantial litigation experience in Title VII, ADEA, ADA, Whistleblower, FLSA, and restrictive covenant matters. She has jury and bench trial experience in single-plaintiff, restrictive covenant, and class/collective cases in state and federal courts and obtained a defense verdict on all affirmative defenses in a FLSA collective action tried in 2018 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
