Ricardo is a partner in Tax at Lefosse.

He has extensive experience in tax planning and consulting, taxation of international operations, corporate restructurings, M&A transactions, private equity, project and structured finance. He also acts in administrative and judicial tax litigation.

Ricardo has a degree in Law and a master’s degree in Tax Law at PUC-SP (Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo).
