Felipe is a partner in Corporate and M&A at Lefosse.

He has experience in M&A, private equity, and capital markets transactions, as well as various corporate restructuring transactions. Felipe advises public companies and represents clients in transactions involving multiple jurisdictions.

Felipe graduated in Law from PUC-RJ (Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro). He gained experience as an international associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP in London.
