Karen is a senior associate in the Public Law and Regulation practice, focusing on advising clients in regulatory markets, as well as analyzing and preparing due diligence documents for companies in these sectors. She advises clients in their interactions with Brazilian government authorities, licensing, tenders and acts in proceedings before courts, regulatory agencies, public accounts courts and third sector organizations. Among her clients are large national and international companies, operating in various sectors, such as aviation, mining, telecommunications, oil and gas, ports and health. CP³P Certification - Preparation Level Certified Public-Private Partnership Professional, APMG Public-Private Partnerships Certification Program. Specialization in Public Policy and Advocacy (FGV/SP) and in Business Law with a focus on Tenders and Contracts (FGV/RJ). Graduated at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.
